Evening Program Prerequisites

To be considered for Evening Program student must have completed, at a minimum, the following courses:

  • General Psychology – 3 credits
  • Life Span Development – 3 credits –must cover entire life span from child to elderly
  • Nutrition- 3 credits
  • Writing in the Public Sphere – 3 credits- comparable to English Composition I
  • Moral Values and Health Issues- 3 credits – comparable to Health Ethics
  • Microbiology- 4 credits- must be taken within the past 5 years, must have lab component
  • Anatomy and Physiology I* – 4 credits – must be taken within the past 5 years, must have lab component
  • Anatomy and Physiology II* – 4 credits – must be taken within the past 5 years, must have lab component

*Anatomy and Physiology I and Anatomy and Physiology II subjects must be taken at the same institution.
