Long Island College Hospital School of Nursing is registered by the University of the State of New York-The State Education Department and is accredited by The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC). The School is a member of the Commission of Independent Colleges and Universities and an agency member of the National League for Nursing. In addition, the School is a member of the New York State Associate Degree Nursing Council, the National Organization for Associate Degree Nursing, and the New York State Council of Hospital-Based Schools of Nursing. St. Francis College, the School’s affiliate, is registered by The University of the State of New York, The State Education Department and accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools.
